Promotion: RVD 30th Anniversary ETB Giveaway
Sponsor: Rare Vault Drop LLC (“RVD”).

1. Promotion Period

Entries begin October 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Time and end November 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Time. RVD plans to announce the winner on November 25, 2026 at approximately 6:00 PM Central Time.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, owners, and immediate household members of Rare Vault Drop LLC are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit the official RVD giveaway page and submit the entry form with the required information and acceptance of these Official Rules. Limit one entry per person. No purchase is required. Purchasing products from an RVD machine or elsewhere does not provide an additional entry or improve the odds of winning.

4. Social Media

RVD may encourage people to follow, like, or share giveaway content. Those actions are not required to enter and do not increase the odds of winning. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Meta.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one Pokémon 30th Anniversary Elite Trainer Box as depicted on the RVD giveaway page. No cash alternative is offered by RVD. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

After the entry period closes, RVD will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or phone number submitted with the entry. The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and respond within the time stated in RVD's notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond as required, RVD may select an alternate winner by random drawing.

8. Publicity and Privacy

Entry information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and maintain promotion records. RVD will not require entrants to publicly disclose private contact information. Any winner announcement should use only information the winner has authorized RVD to publish.

9. General Conditions

RVD may disqualify entries reasonably believed to be fraudulent, automated, duplicated, tampered with, or otherwise inconsistent with these rules. If technical or other circumstances materially affect the integrity of the promotion, RVD may suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion as permitted by applicable law.
